Temu has lights that are bigger and cheaper.

Do I need to seal it if I’ve put it on a frame with acrylic?

Do you need to seal it if it’s framed behind acrylic in a frame?

Thanks for the video. I am new to diamond painting and find the red wax to lose its stickiness fast. I ordered some blu tack and I'm excited to see how it works out.

Has anyone used a matte sealer? I want to try a matte one to get rid of the ‘diamond’ sparkle (so you can see the picture itself better)

My daughter found a tiny one of these at the dollar store. I had never seen them before but i love art. Then i came across your video on utube..again never knew they made them bigger than the ones at dollar store!! I love to do counted cross stitch but simply dont have the patience to take it all out and do a few stitches get interrupted and have to count again. This is going to be my new love❤❤❤

Oh no... I just found out that the lifting up the top layer to get it flat can be a disaster with diffrent paintings.... Mine has just a clear cover thingy on top. I pulled it off quite a bit to get to the part where my canvas bent. Unfortunately when I wanted to put it back on, it flapped over and touched the glue with the outer part. And omg.... For some reason the outer part of the clear cover sticks to the glue like hell! I think it took off some part of the glue because I had to really rip it off... So maybe don't try this when you have a canvas with a clear cover or at least be very very careful...

Hi Sam! Geographically, we couldn’t be farther apart and still stay on this planet, but in spirit, I feel like I have known you for years, yet this is the first video I have seen from your channel. I especially loved your tips for working on a large painting, as I have a 60 cm x 190 cm paint in on its way to me as we speak! I have only done a few paintings so far - 3 to be exact - and for some strange reason, I have always started at the bottom, which caused me to turn it around at the end. (I’m going to blame med head, as I live in chronic pain it’s an auto-immune disease and a broken back thrown in just for fun). If I just start at the top, I will be able to manage the behemoth canvas. 🤦🏻‍♀️ That tip about stuck together drills is nothing but pure genius! I just finished a canvas that had resin drills, and for some reason, about 10-20% of colour 349 were stuck together back to back. As I save my junk drills, I am going to pull them all out and try this method on them. I certainly have one or two (😂) of those around! Speaking of trays, I am truly hoping for your sake that you have upgraded your tray! I did my very first picture (60 cm x 40 cm) with the pink pen, green tray and red wax…. I was darned near ready to chuck the craft! I upgraded to a couple of trays from Yellow Dog Designs, and it was like the angels sang. Then I upgraded my pen - nothing expensive - but having a few widths of pen barrels helps my hand stave off any fatigue. (Full disclosure, I have had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists a few years ago, so I tend to be more aware of taking care of that now.) I have tried a few different waxes and putties, and can’t wait to pull the tricky-tack out of the stationery desk and move it into my crafting supplies!
